We will be responsible for creating payroll policies and procedures, along with providing full payroll support including payroll management, filing and issuing individual payslips.
Regular reports will be issued to give your management an overview, in relation to the following payroll items:
- Admin Staff
- Support Staff
- Project Staff
- Business implementation processes for payroll
- Collection and processing of data for payroll, time sheet
- Calculation of suspensions, wages in kind, incentives, bonuses, calculation of night work, weekend work, overtime work, sick leave, public holidays, holidays, vacations, deficits,
- Calculation and record of non-taxable receipts: Christmas bonus, Easter bonus, hot meals, bonuses, transport, recourse and severance pay
- The salary calculation for posted workers
- Payment orders
- JOPPD reports
- Tax administration monitoring, adjustments through SNU reports
- Annual calculation of taxes
- Health insurance refund documentation processing
- Employee registration at the Pension office and Health insurance office, and all changes with the same
- Archiving documentation in accordance with the legislation
- Monitoring of all legal changes and their implementation
- Payroll advisory to clients specific needs
